Oakland Rhythmic Gymnastics offers recreational rhythmic gymnastics classes as well as competitive teams at the Junior Olympic and national levels. Our club has a proud 25 year tradition as a premier rhythmic program. Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport in which girls perform choreographed routines to music using various hand apparatus including ball, ribbon, clubs, hoop, and rope. These classes promote the development of coordination, strength, musicality, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and progressive setting.
